Consultation and Design: We schedule an initial consultation to define the number of guests, dietary restrictions, culinary preferences, and event theme.
Tailor-Made Menu: The chef designs a unique proposal ranging from 3 to 7 courses (appetizer, fish/seafood, meat, dessert), with optional wine pairing.
